Cookie Policy
What cookies this site uses, and how you can control them.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website can store on your device. Some are needed for a site to work; others are used to remember preferences or measure how a site is used.
The cookies we use
We keep this to a minimum. The public website does not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used, and only with your consent (see Analytics below).
- Essential cookie preference: when you make a choice in our cookie banner, we store that choice on your device (a cookie named
mwc-consent) so we don't ask again. This is set only after you interact with the banner. - Essential staff login: the admin area (used only by our team) uses a session cookie to keep staff signed in securely. Visitors to the public site are not given this cookie.
Essential cookies do not require consent because the site cannot function properly without them.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are most useful, so we can improve it. Analytics is switched off by default and only runs after you choose Accept analytics in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are set.
When enabled, Google Analytics sets the following cookies:
_gaand_ga_<id>— used to distinguish visitors and remember session activity. Set by Google. Typically expire after up to 2 years.
We do not collect advertising data and Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies (which makes the banner appear again so you can choose Reject), or by blocking cookies in your browser. You can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site work. Guidance for the main browsers is available at aboutcookies.org.
